To ensure a smooth submission and publication process, please follow these guidelines when submitting your paper to IJAMA:

  1. Submission Preparation: Submit only papers that have been meticulously proofread and polished. Ensure your paper is formatted according to the IJAMA paper template. Download the paper template from Downloads section. Proper formatting will expedite the processing and publication of your work.
  2. Categories of Contribution: IJAMA invites submissions in the following categories:
    • Technical and Ethical Notes: Contributions discussing technical and ethical aspects of scientific research.
    • Extensive Reviews: In-depth and analytical reviews on scientific topics.
    • Original Research: Novel research that provides significant contributions to the field.
    • Speedy Communications: Brief articles on current research.
    • Extended Papers: Extensions of papers previously presented at conferences or published in other journals.
  3. Language and Format: All submissions must be in English. The manuscript should be prepared using MS Word format (.doc or .docx). Download the manuscript template here. The maximum length is 100 double-column pages, though exceptions can be made if necessary.
  4. Copyright and Permissions: You must submit a completed copyright form along with your manuscript. Download the copyright form here. Ensure you have obtained all necessary permissions from copyright holders to confirm the content’s originality.
  5. Plagiarism and Authorship: Only original research papers will be considered. Manuscripts must have less than 30% plagiarism. The signed copyright form must confirm the authors’ rights to the paper. The author is responsible for any issues arising from the published research.
